How to request account deletion
Check how your account was created
If your account is part of an organization and was added by that organization, contact your organization admin first. Your admin can manage your access and may need to complete the request on your behalf.
Email Spark Tools
If your account was not added by an organization, email info@spark-tools.ai with the subject "Deletion Request".
Include account details
Include your username, full name, organization name, and the email address associated with your account so we can verify and process the request.
Wait for confirmation
After we verify your request, we will delete your account from our active systems within 72 hours.
What to include in your email
Send your request to info@spark-tools.ai with the subject line Deletion Request. Please include:
- Username
- Full name
- Organization name
- Email address associated with the account
What data we delete
We will delete your account and associated account data from our active systems. We may retain certain limited data where needed for performance monitoring, application evaluation, security, legal compliance, or internal business records.
Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes and is handled according to our privacy and security practices.
